English and Kiswahili
Switch language any time with one tap. Every screen, guide and report is available in both.
Works offline
Record in the field with no network. FarmMate saves on the phone and syncs when you are back online. Install it to your home screen like an app.
Enterprise guides
Step-by-step guides with stages, tasks and targets for poultry, dairy, maize and beans, and vegetables. More enterprises are coming.
Batches and seasons
Track each flock, herd or planting from start to close, with a checklist and calendar of what is due.
Production records
Eggs, milk, deaths, feed, water, weights, harvests and treatments, saved against the right batch or season.
Daily egg sheet
Trays and loose eggs per house. Lay % is worked out for you from eggs and birds, and totals that do not add up are flagged.
Share report
One tap writes a clear egg production summary you can send on WhatsApp or SMS.
Farm maps
Draw your farm and plot boundaries on the map, walk them with GPS, or import GPX and KML files. Area is calculated for you.
Alerts
See overdue tasks and figures outside the target range for each batch.
Livestock and crops
Animals, groups, milk, treatments and withdrawal periods; plots, plantings, field work and harvests.
Roles for your team
Invite family and workers as Manager, Worker or Viewer. Workers do not see phone numbers or money records.
