1. These terms cover your use of FarmMate, run by Tamalaki Business Network Ltd, Nairobi, Kenya.
2. FarmMate is free to use. You must be 18 or over. Keep your phone and SMS codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your farm records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy notice.
4. Enterprise guides, targets and alerts are general information drawn from published sources and are marked "to be checked" until expert review. They are not a substitute for advice from a vet, agronomist or extension officer.
5. We work to keep FarmMate available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. We may change or add features, and will give notice before any paid features are introduced. Free features will not become paid without notice.
6. Do not misuse the service, for example by trying to access other people's farms or sending abusive content.
